Our Flexible Upskilling Network (F.U.N.) program is a blended learning experience that combines valuable work experience with accelerated digital skills training. The objective of the F.U.N. program is to support youth facing employment barriers by helping them to develop practical skills for the modern workforce as well as key soft skills like communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Participants: Looking to break into a career in development, design, marketing or product management? This program will give you the skills and hands-on experience you need to launch your career!
Cohort 3:
- Application deadline: November 10th 2023
- Training: November 13th - November 24th
Employers: The Flexible Upskilling Network Program provides Ontario employers with up to $6,600 in wage subsidies per candidate. This is paid in the form of $15/hour up to 440 hours per candidate hired. **Please note, it's the responsibility of the employer to ensure they are paying above minimum wage. Prepr will reimburse at a rate of $15/hour only."
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, you are encouraged to apply early.
